The Vetting Process

An important part of the hiring process is the vetting process. If a person is not a good match for a company, they can either bring the entire organization down or prove to be a great asset.

Using our vetting process, companies are able to hire the right talent every time without any ambiguity.

Every month, we receive over 500 applications, but only a third of them are accepted into our talent pool.

Our communication tests utilize Versant, a leading AI-based communication platform.

In addition, we perform extensive technical assessments and evaluations, including both theoretical and practical aspects.

All talented individuals must go through the following steps before being invited to interview.

Profile Screening & Shortlisting

The applications are evaluated based on our minimum criteria, their professional experience, and their comprehensive background checks.

  1. Proficiency in Language – Applicants are tested on reading ability, fluency of speech, writing ability, pronunciation, and speed of speech following the initial profile screening and shortlisting.
  2. Aptitude Evaluation – To test reasoning and problem-solving skills, we administer a scientifically designed aptitude test.
  3. Technical Evaluation – We then assess the candidates over a five-hour period to determine their role-based knowledge and technical competency.
  4. Panel Interview – For the right matchmaking, our Talent Acquisition experts conduct panel video interviews to understand each candidate’s preferences and expectations.
